Workout: TABATA
Little to No Equipment?
Do TABATA!!!
It’s so simple.
Pick an exercise, for example, BURPEES, SIT-UPS, JUMPING JACKS, PUSH-UPS, SQUATS, JUMPING LUNGES, etc.
Once you selected your exercise, do this for 20 seconds as fast as you can (with good form) and rest for 10 seconds.
Repeat this until you hit 4 minutes. This will give you 8 rounds in total.

Day 6/145: DAY OFF
Today is a REST DAY and I slept in! Sleeping in was a good call on my part, I am tired today. I think I could have slept in until 10:00AM! I woke up without any neck pain so this is a good sign! YAY!
Off to work I go. Heading to bed REALLY early tonight because tomorrow will be a 4:30AM wake up call for weights and cardio.
BTW, I am loving all the enthusiasm about this NO EXCUSES 30 Day...

How Can I Go...
To bed when the challenge post is on its way to breaking 800 likes?!!! Omg, pure awesomeness!
Sleep now and maybe over 1000 likes in the AM : ) I feel like tomorrow is Christmas day and here I am waiting for Santa to have his cookies and milk!

Day 5/146: WOD Done!
Legs and spinning! I can feel the burn. Now it’s time for my post workout meal, shower, and off to meet a teammate for tea. I love Sundays!
PS: No Excuses Challenge info coming by tonight! Start goal setting but be realistic! If you’ve never worked out 3 times a week consistently for a month, try to avoid setting your goal to workout 6 days a week. Or if you struggle to eat clean one...
