Side Note:March Madness
Tomorrow is March 1st and I have intentionally posted the guidelines the day before because I want you to take the next few days to sort out your thoughts. Set your goals and design your plan by Sunday or Monday at the latest. But I encourage to really think this through as this is something that may not stick if it’s done too quickly - just like anything else in life.

NO EXCUSES 30 Day Challenge REFLECTION of the Day!
“I feel like this was the amazing jump start that I needed; I graduate in 3 months and this term is over in 4 weeks. I am usually such a stress ball and I still am but this program has really helped ground me. Good stuff all around! While I didn’t lose weight, which is kind of disappointing; I did lose inches and honestly, I just feel better! Eating well is what I needed in my life. I...

Quote of the Day! Here We Come MARCH MADNESS!
“…now, let’s talk about how i feel after this challenge. i have really taken the “no excuses” mantra and made it my own over this past month. it pushed me through hard workouts and away from foods that were not in my daily plan. it made it easier to make difficult decisions that were better for my body than my brain wanted me to think it was. :) this sounds so cheesy, but i really...

Quote of the Day! YOU ROCK!!!
“No Excuses Challenge
I have really loved this challenge. I have been so in tune with my eating, exercises, and just my body in general. I am amazed at the recipes I and others come up with that taste incredible and are 100% healthy and clean. I love pushing my body to new limits and figuring out different exercises that kick my ass when I’m through. I have gotten to know a lot of my...

“Reflection on the No Excuses Challenge
I have loved being a part of this challenge and even though it “ends” tomorrow I have every intention of continuing my clean lifestyle. It felt great to know that there was a community of people trying to make the right choices everyday and personally it helped me make those choices myself. I loved reading everyone’s posts on their struggles,...

QUOTE of the DAY!
“This challenge has made me learn that my most successful days relied on my mental state, how focused I was/am on today, this moment, this meal.
Although the challenge is shortly coming to an end, I can’t wait to keep it up and bring it in march, I will revisit my goals and read back my journal entries to see the “cues to my success”
You have everything you need to succeed within...

QUOTE of the DAY!
“In one week I have lost 2.75 inches from my body; I know this may not seem big but to me it is. I could start to tell my body was slowly changing; I am stoked. Just makes me want to keep going. If I keep this up, in 3 more weeks I could potentially lose a total of almost 12 inches in 4 weeks.”
