I got the March issue of Oxygen, did you get yours?

The cover model, Alicia Harris is stunning! There’s so many great recipe in the “Fuel your Fitness” section like the cottage cheese raisin toast. There’s also a workout plan called “Your Strong Body Guide” that can be used as a 4 week program.

I can not describe in words what Oxygen magazine means to me. From my very first issue over 10 years ago to now, it always serves as a breath of fresh air and reassurance that health and fitness is necessary for true happiness.

Thank you Oxygen for introducing me to health and fitness. I don’t know what I would do without you!
