Our team’s first competition prep workshop of the 2012 season was a success! It was a surreal experience today because one year ago I attended my first workshop and here I am today helping to run it. Chatting with all the new potentional competitors reminded me of how far I have come this past year and how hard I’ve worked. I’m not the same person I was one year ago. I realized that I need to give myself more credit for what I do and how much I know about this world of fitness. This is where I belong and my passion only continues to grow stronger each day. I’m lucky to be surrounded and supported by such amazing, strong, balanced, energetic, and driven women. I’m looking forward to what our team will bring this competition season: our best.
