I’ve come to terms that I run a busy life. I’ve realized that this is just how I like to roll. Over the summer I had plenty of vacation time to do whatever I pleased. And as glorious as this sounds, I made a connection that I like a set routine filled with purpose. After a few weeks off I missed my everyday working world. There’s a reason I’m taking on so much and it’s because I can handle it. Even when I do get extra time, I always find something meaningful to fill it with.
After this busy weekend I’ve barely had time to prepare all my meals tonight. So I’ve packed half and prepared the other half so there is little I need to do in the morning before work.
This is a photo of a double pancake batch ready to go for the morning. Blend, pour, cook, eat, and take the rest to work. Never leave home without enough clean eating meals to fuel your entire day.
PS: In case you didn’t realize, we are approaching our final week of the No Excuses 30 Challenge. The entries I’ve read are impressive. So many of you are connecting to what is causing certain behaviors (e.g., binging, cheating, etc.). Each week you grow a little bit more. Keep up the awesome work!! xo

I hope you plan to kickstart another challenge sometime! Though with this one I havent done as ‘well’ as I would have liked to, it has helped me progress in many ways.
