CHIA SEEDS:
The first time I tried CHIA seeds was when I had ‘HOLY CRAP’ cereal for the first time. Have you tried it? It was featured on Dragon’s Den. I enjoyed it.
I love experimenting with new food and trying new recipes. This week I have been testing out Chia seeds. In my opinion they are a great source of healthy fats, easy to incorporate, and so far the best in baked goods or breakfast items. This week I will be testing out Tosca’s CROATIAN CABBAGE SLAW from The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian cookbook. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
Have you made this recipe yet? If so, what do you think?
