COSTCO Run!
These are our usually groceries but as you know because I am competing and have a photo shoot, there are certain things I can and can not have. After June 25th, I will be able to incorporate some of my favourite clean eats into my diet. I’m looking forward to bananas and crunchy peanut butter most.
Oxygen magazine (there’s nothing wrong with buying a 4th copy)
cucumbers
green beans
asparagus
broccoli
extra lean ground turkey
shrimp
wild salmon
egg whites
tofu
