With the help of a few friends I got my cardio and legs session in today. The last fews day I have been feeling a bit run down and there are two reasons for this.
1.) Several people I have been in close contact with have a cold right now and I might have caught it…
2.) I have not been sleeping a solid 8-9 hours a night.
Although I feel like I am coming down with something, I know my body very well and if I felt I was risking getting even worse than I would have choose to stay home instead of working out. But sometimes a good sweaty gym session can help me feel better. After that intense leg session, I’m glad I got my sweat on.
How do you cope with working out when you’re feeling sick?
