“Try blending frozen berries into smoothies, adding them to a bowl of piping hot oatmeal, or using frozen cherries as a dessert topping for frozen yogurt.”
Frozen blueberries and strawberries are my favourite fruit for smoothies. I remember when I first started to eat clean I began to experiment with different smoothie recipes so I was trying all kinds of fruit and I discovered that oranges are not the best fruit to blend - plump! Practice makes perfect!

You need to try this smoothie, two cups honeydew melon, one cup frozen blueberries and your choice of milk. I use unsweetened coconut milk. It tastes soooo good!
