Today was a ‘double espresso and double black coffee’ kind of day. I broke an #ipromise last night and wasn’t in bed until past midnight. My ideas were flowing and I didn’t want to shut the channel down - couldn’t resist. I am feeling it today but I fought through, worked a full day, got my weights and cardio in, did not cave into chocolate at work (which is more likely for me with such little sleep), and also made time for other projects. Considering my level of exhaustion I think today was extremely productive! So I’m not sorry I broke an #ipromise. But I will be in bed much earlier tonight!
