BE HONEST: What are 3 items you can not keep in your home?
Mine are the following:
chocolate
cashews
organic dried mango
All 3 items together are my favourite to enjoy but I also know myself well enough to know that these items are too tempting to keep in my home. When I want them, I will go to the bulk section (usually at Whole Foods) and ONLY purchase the amount I will eat in one sitting.
On my FitnessPrint competition prep plan I can eat dried mango and cashews which is very convenient for me. But you will see, these 3 items are something that I will buy in bulk for my post WBFF show.

CASHEW BUTTER CUPS ~ To Die For!

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

-1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (I used MAGNUM’s Chocolate Love)

-1 TBSP cashew butter

-24 whole cashews

-24 dried blueberries

-1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

-1-2 packets of Stevia

-4oz water

Method for CASHEW BUTTER Cups:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender (except for dried blueberries and whole cashews)
  2. Divide the cashew butter mixture into round muffin tins (USE SILICONE mini trays!!!), filling about 3/4 full.
  3. Top off each cup with 1 whole cashew and 1 blueberry. The toppings may sink into the cup which is okay (but if you would like your cups to look “pretty” then freeze cups for 30 minutes and add both garnishes).
  4. Place filled muffin tin in freezer and let freeze for about an hour or until firm (Freeze any extra cashew butter cups for up to five days)
