YAY! I found POBLANO PEPPERS!!! So happy! I’ve been looking for them everywhere! Thank you Whole Foods! I will be using these peppers for another ECD Veg recipe I’m making this week.

Asparagus is great vegetable option. 
I sprinkle ground pepper and chili peppers and bake them.

My favourite tomato sauce. Pop it open, add some fresh ground pepper and chili pepper flakes, and heat it up!

I usually eat 1-2 cups of carrots a day. I love having carrots on the side with my lunch.
Carrots also come in very handy for me when I am having a craving. I munch on as many of these as I want until my craving passes. I’ve realised that sometimes I don’t actually want the food I am “craving” as much as I want the chewing sensation of eating that food.
