Little to No Equipment?
It’s so simple.
- Pick an exercise, for example, BURPEES, SIT-UPS, JUMPING JACKS, PUSH-UPS, SQUATS, JUMPING LUNGES, etc.
- Once you selected your exercise, do this for 20 seconds as fast as you can (with good form) and rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat this until you hit 4 minutes. This will give you 8 rounds in total.
»> Pick another exercise and repeat. Try doing TABATA for 20-24 minutes. This will jump start your morning.
